  • Lauren is a Virginia Beach native and attended the math and science academy at Ocean Lakes High School where she developed her passion for helping others as a student athletic trainer. After completing her undergraduate studies in Connecticut, she returned to Old Dominion University for her physical therapy doctorate. When not working with her patients, Lauren enjoys being outdoors, boating, hiking, and traveling with her family, friends, and her black lab named Buoy.
